Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Caregiver to join our team at Sacred Heart Cancer Center Administrative Offices. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing basic clinical and non-clinical patient care activities under the supervision of our nursing staff.
Responsibilities
- Aid patients with movement and placement, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Assist patients with personal care and activities of daily living, promoting independence and dignity.
- Report any changes in patients' physical, mental, or emotional conditions to our nursing staff, ensuring timely interventions.
- Document patient records accurately and efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and security.
- Maintain patient rooms in a clean, orderly, and safe condition, adhering to infection control protocols.
