Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a Nurse Care Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring seamless communication with families and medical staff.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and ensure accurate medication management
  • Conduct regular medical check-ups and maintain up-to-date medical records
  • Establish open lines of communication with clients' family members and medical staff
  • Support a therapeutic environment and prioritize client safety and well-being
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing (Associate's or Diploma)
  • Current RN licensure in the State of Florida
  • At least 2 years of experience in nursing or relevant experience working in a group home or residential facility
  • A valid Florida driver's license
  • The ability to pass pre-employment medical screenings and complete Safe and Positive Approaches (SPA) training
