Women's Health Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join our primary care clinical team. The successful candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team to care for and provide medical services to patients, including examining/conducting tests, analyzing records, reports, and test results, and prescribing/administering treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, and/or injury.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to patients, including examining/conducting tests, analyzing records, reports, and test results, and prescribing/administering treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, and/or injury.
- Collaborate with other nurse practitioners, physicians, physician assistants, and other support staff as part of the clinical team.
- Manage labs, referrals, and other patient care activities.
- Completion of an approved/accredited educational program for Women's Health Nurse Practitioners.
- Completion of an approved/accredited educational program for Registered Nurses.
- Valid NY State license, CDS, DEA, and BLS.
- Ability to effectively communicate, follow established procedures and protocol.
- Understanding of and passion for Community Healthcare is preferred.
