Job Summary:

  • Assess and provide access to various support services to help clients achieve program goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide mental health evaluations, therapy, crisis intervention, and other clinical services to clients.

  • Ensure client confidentiality and participate in program meetings to promote collaboration and communication.

  • Manage work schedules and conduct peer reviews to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Attend quality improvement meetings and oversee review committees to ensure adherence to best practices and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling, and valid licensure required.
  • Experience in mental health services, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Cultural competency and leadership experience necessary to effectively manage a diverse team and promote inclusive practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • May require seeing, hearing, speaking, stooping, bending, and other physical capabilities to perform job duties.
  • Must be able to perform job duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
