**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Care Provider to join our team at the Norway Center for Health & Rehabilitation.
**About the Role:
- As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with residents, healthcare professionals, and other staff to deliver high-quality care and support.
- You will be responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring their health, and providing emotional support and companionship.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming, promoting independence and dignity.
- Monitor and record vital signs, identifying any changes or concerns.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, adhering to infection control guidelines.

**Requirements:**
