Keyholder Liaison

We are seeking a highly responsible and customer-focused Key Holder Liaison to join our team at KIDS EMPIRE. As the initial contact between guests and our indoor playground facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors.

• Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Operate the check-in process, including obtaining liability waivers from guests
• Assist cashiers during peak periods and maintain accurate records of transactions
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, including restrooms, tables, chairs, and playground structures
• Schedule and coordinate family events, providing assistance as needed to ensure smooth operations

• Availability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and conflict resolution skills
• Leadership skills and ability to work with children and families
• Good physical health and ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist constantly

• Lifting 25 pounds or more may be required
• Frequent bilateral hand movements

The estimated annual salary for this position is $35,000-$45,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
