As a Nurse Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the nursing team and ensuring that high standards of care are delivered while creating an environment that respects the cultural needs of residents.

We are particularly seeking a candidate who speaks Chinese, as this will greatly enhance communication and support for our residents and their families. This role is ideal for a Nurse Manager who is passionate about delivering patient-centered, culturally appropriate care.

Job Summary:
This is a full-time day shift position that offers a competitive salary range of $112,500 per year, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with healthcare providers and administrative teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support nursing staff in providing high-quality care to residents.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to maintain care standards and facility policies.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that respects the cultural and linguistic needs of residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans in coordination with medical staff.
  • Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, creating a positive work environment.
