- Develop and implement individualized care plans, prioritizing patient needs and preferences.
- Supervise and direct subordinate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective team performance.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the enhancement of patient care and facility operations.
- Current, valid licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Texas.
- Experience in long-term healthcare, preferably in a skilled nursing facility setting.
