Position Overview
This role involves performing audits on financial and operational controls across various departments to ensure adherence to established policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits to assess compliance with financial and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate with departments to evaluate and enhance internal controls.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining audit findings and recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 1 year of auditing experience OR 4 years of experience in finance or operations.
- Proficient knowledge of accounting principles, finance, and system analysis.
- Familiarity with corporate health and life operations, including compliance and corporate policies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with effective time and project management abilities.
- Proficient in standard office applications, database management, and spreadsheet software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFSA.
Work Environment:
This position is HYBRID, requiring in-office attendance for 3 days each week.

Compensation:
Base Pay Range: $39, $88,800.00
