Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Hematology Medical Affairs Specialist to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Medical Affairs Group, you will be responsible for providing scientific and clinical expertise to healthcare professionals and internal partners.

**Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and maintain a territory strategic plan, including clinical activities with identified OLs, institutions, community practices, pathways influencers, and advocacy organizations.
  • Conduct site initiation visits and investigator launch meetings.
  • Actively participate in journal club through scientific dialogue and share medical insights with team members.
