Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced CNA to provide direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in a resident's condition to the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities
  • Observe and report any changes in a resident's condition to the healthcare team
  • Assist with medical procedures, such as vital sign checks and medication administration
  • Participate in resident care conferences to discuss individualized care plans

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a CNA in an assisted living, skilled nursing, or memory care setting
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays
  • Diligent in paperwork and record-keeping
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
