Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will engage in a variety of fulfilling activities that require empathy, analytical thinking, and a dedication to improving the lives of children. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient objectives.
  • Delivering speech and language therapy sessions tailored to patients with diverse needs, including articulation, fluency, voice, aphasia, and cognitive-communication disorders.
  • Educating patients and their families about speech disorders, treatment strategies, and home exercises to facilitate ongoing progress.
  • Monitoring and documenting patient progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve the best outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the relevant state.
