Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Specialist to join our team at The Spice and Tea Exchange. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products, and creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Warmly welcome customers into our store, provide a brief store tour, and invite them to explore our flavors
Stay engaged with customers throughout their time in the store, answering product questions and making suggestions for use
Explain promotions and the benefits of our loyalty program
Efficiently use our POS system to complete sales, process gift cards, returns, exchanges, and phone orders

Requirements

Ability to learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals
Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
