Medical Staff RN

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Staff RN to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a member of our nursing staff, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence and patient-focused care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide physical, forensic, and emotional evaluation of sexual assault and physical assault patients of all ages without physician presence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, gather and document patient information, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- ~ 1 year of Nursing experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to a culture of excellence.
