**About the Role**

Mercy Clinic Eureka is seeking a skilled Primary Care Nurse to join their team. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will work closely with Providers to manage triage calls/messages and have the option to transition to hybrid work from home after completing three months of on-site training.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage triage calls/messages for the clinic
  • Work closely with Providers to provide excellent patient care
  • Have the option to transition to hybrid work from home after completing three months of on-site training

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Practical Nursing (LPN) or Associate of Applied Science in Registered Nursing (RN)
  • Active LPN or RN license
  • 2-3 years of experience preferred
