Your Contribution:

As an Industrial Systems Technician, you will leverage your skills and creativity to make a significant impact by:

  • Conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on systems including AC/DC drives, motors, programmable logic controllers, and other critical equipment
  • Implementing enhancements and upgrades to automated systems
  • Establishing best practices that adhere to safety regulations in systems control
  • Assisting in the engineering, production, and maintenance of various manufacturing equipment; troubleshooting, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting the installation of new machinery
  • Fostering a collaborative environment that enhances customer satisfaction across departments

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, 3M requires the following:

  • An associate degree or a 2-year certificate in a maintenance-related discipline OR
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Electrical work within a manufacturing setting
  • Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as necessary

Additional qualifications that may enhance your success in this role include:

  • Five (5) years of technical experience in a manufacturing context
  • Familiarity with reliability analysis, predictive maintenance, and preventative maintenance strategies
  • A strong desire to learn and develop professionally

Work Environment:

This position is based onsite, with no travel required.
