We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Electrical Engineer to join our team at Innova Solutions. As a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of talented engineers in the design, analysis, simulation, test, and integration of digital electronic modules, FPGAs, and/or CCAs for various DoD applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of complex electronic systems
- Develop and implement engineering processes and procedures to ensure high-quality products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports
- Minimum 12 years of experience in electrical engineering design
- Proficiency in managing schedule and resources to meet assigned milestones
- Positive attitude and proven leadership skills
- Customer focus and ability to collaborate
- Proficiency in electrical circuit design, schematic capture, embedded firmware design, electrical analysis, simulation, and test
- Minimum 8 years of experience in full-stack development using Xilinx and/or Microchip FPGAs and SoCs
- Minimum 8 years of experience in advanced FW and FPGA simulation, languages, and emulation techniques
- Minimum 8 years of experience with embedded test techniques, design for test, design margin analysis, and design for production
