Job Summary:The Per Diem Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in the Endoscopy department. This includes assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by demonstrating a commitment to teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Washington or multi-state licensure endorsement (MSL).
- At least one year of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in Endoscopy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification, as required by the facility or department.
