We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our float pool team at Genesis Healthcare LLC. As a Regional Float LPN, you will have the opportunity to work in multiple skilled nursing centers within a geographic area, providing efficient and effective nursing care to patients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
- Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, providing direct patient care and supervising patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and patient-centered care.
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing preferred.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure patient safety and well-being.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Competitive hourly rate: $42.00 per hour.
