Job Summary

Aveanna is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a home health care professional, you will be responsible for evaluating, coordinating, and administering quality occupational therapy services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
Coordinate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Administer occupational therapy services, including exercises, activities, and adaptive equipment training
Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

Certification in Occupational Therapy
Completion of accredited Occupational Therapy Program
Current and unrestricted license in the state of practice
Current CPR certification
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments, documentation, and compliance with nursing care and policies and procedures
