Job Title: Senior Caregiver - Home Health Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at Benchmark Senior Living. As a Home Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents in a warm and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Document care provided and report any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support
• Utilize customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional care
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements:
• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia desired
