Telecom Facilities Manager

Com Net, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Telecom Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all facilities and grounds within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Management: Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling to ensure seamless operations.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and repair costs, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning properly.
- Facilities Management: Oversee renovations and maintenance of all facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for renovations, maintenance, and repair of facilities, grounds, and equipment, coordinating with other departments to ensure facilities meet the needs of the organization.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecom Facilities Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of maintenance and repair procedures for buildings, grounds, and equipment.
- Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership and management skills, with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of AC and DC power, generators, and best practices for telecommunications facilities design, fiber optics, and ethernet cable management, as well as understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
