Job Title: CDL-A Local City Driver

ABF Freight is seeking a skilled CDL-A Local City Driver to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials to and from various destinations within the local area.

Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity to work for a reputable company with a strong commitment to safety and customer satisfaction. As a CDL-A Local City Driver, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Pickup and delivery of cargo to and from various destinations within the local area.
  • Loading and unloading of trailers using safe and efficient techniques.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe vehicle at all times.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • 1 year of verifiable tractor/trailer experience (candidates with less than 1 year experience may be eligible for training).
  • Class-A CDL with doubles/triples, tanker and hazardous materials endorsements and no automatic restriction.
  • Good stable work record.
  • Safe driving record (from MVR and previous employment).
  • Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and meet DOT medical requirements.
