Job SummaryWe are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team as a House Supervisor. This is a non-union position with PRN shifts, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. As a House Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the care of patients, providing individualized care to patients and families, and collaborating with the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act
- Conduct daily shift rounds and communicate with nursing staff to ensure patient care needs are met
- Assist nursing staff in delivering patient care, as needed, by interpreting and enforcing standards
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and support unit and hospital goals
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable standards
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN Washington State license
- Current BLS certification
- ACLS certification within 3 months of hire
- ENCP or PALS certification within 6 months of hire
- TNCC certification within 1 year of hire
- Oral and written fluency in the English language
