WSB LLC is seeking a skilled Structural Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a lead role in bridge design and load rating or other structural design for a wide variety of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead bridge design and load rating projects for clients including cities, counties, state, and private entities.
  • Develop innovative approaches to provide efficient designs focused on quality.
  • Use project management skills to plan, direct, track, and coordinate all project activities on multiple small to large sized projects.
  • Conduct bridge safety inspections and provide structural design, analysis, and project management for retaining walls, buildings, and other vertical structures, and hydraulic structures such as clarifiers, tanks, dams, and weirs.
  • Identify new projects, formulate approach to projects, and lead the proposal process to market to and secure work from new and existing clients.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Civil or Structural Engineering from an accredited engineering school.
  • Minimum of ten years work experience of bridge and related structural design.
  • Registration as a Professional Engineer in the State of Oklahoma or ability to get licensed by comity.
  • Familiarity with LRFD design procedures, bridge design software, calculation software such as Microsoft Excel or MathCAD, and proven project management experience.
  • Excellent technical, communication, and organizational skills.
