About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team in Lafayette, Indiana. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to work with patients and provide high-quality medical imaging services.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility of this role is to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals and other medications to patients. This involves working closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Administering radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
  • Processing data and enhancing digital images using advanced computer technology.
  • Providing images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures.
  • Evaluating images to determine technical quality and calibration of instrumentation.
  • Maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an AMA-approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology.
  • A minimum of 18 months of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.
