Snap-on Sales Solutions Expert

As a Sales Solutions Expert at Snap-on, you will be responsible for working closely with our business partners to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions using our extensive range of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our business partner organizations.
  • Present our solutions to customers in the field or on the shop floor.
  • Develop and maintain a customer contact and activity database for assigned accounts.
  • Review customer activities quarterly with the team leader or sales manager and strategize ways to maximize sales volumes or grow territory.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience.
  • Proven track record of prior goal achievement showing increase in sales and customer growth.
  • Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid driver's license with an impeccable driving record.
