Arrow Staffing is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to contribute to the financial success of a leading furniture manufacturing company. This dynamic opportunity offers an experienced accounting professional the chance to develop and implement strategic financial plans.

Compensation:

• Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications in Allendale, MI 49401.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cash Management: Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payments for payroll, royalties, commissions, and priority vendors, maintaining optimal cash flow.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and distribute visualized financial data dashboards on a weekly basis, providing valuable insights for business decisions.
• Month-End Close: Manage the monthly financial close process, ensuring financial statements are accurately prepared and submitted to senior management by the designated deadline.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, monitor, and adjust budgets and financial forecasts to align with business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
• Internal Controls: Implement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance, minimizing risk exposure.
• Cost Accounting: Analyze cost structures to support pricing decisions and improve profitability, optimizing resource allocation.
• Cash Flow Management: Monitor and optimize cash flow, ensuring the organization meets financial obligations and maintains liquidity, despite market fluctuations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, informing business strategies.

Key Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Knowledge of GAAP principles and application.
• Strong understanding of internal controls and audit procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems or accounting software.
• Exceptional attention to detail, ethics, and integrity.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
