Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled HVAC technician to join our team at Quality Heating & Cooling LLC. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for installing top-of-the-line heating and air equipment in our customers' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install heating and air equipment accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain communication with dispatch, manager, parts, and installation teams
  • Keep company truck clean and organized
  • Properly complete paperwork
  • Participate in on-call rotation
  • Maintain a clean and professional appearance
  • Have a clean driving record
  • Participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
  • Valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
