Job Description: As a Corporate Legal Strategist at CareQuest Institute for Oral Health Inc, you will play a critical role in shaping our company's legal strategy and direction. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing policies, procedures, and agreements that support our business objectives, particularly in the areas of data protection and intellectual property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of contracts, agreements, and partnerships that align with our business objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on data protection laws and regulations, including HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR, and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with our governance, risk, and compliance team to ensure effective management of regulatory inquiries, investigations, and administrative actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and developments in data protection, intellectual property, and related fields.

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited United States law school.
  • Active bar membership in good standing, preferably in Massachusetts.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on data protection and intellectual property.
  • Deep knowledge of federal and state data protection laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
