Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at Alpine Union School District. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining building areas, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain building areas, including cleaning, repairing, and performing routine maintenance tasks.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and other facilities-related items.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance-related issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in maintaining building areas, preferably in a school setting.
  • Valid California Driver's License and ability to qualify for District vehicle insurance coverage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
