Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager

At NLB Services, we are seeking an experienced Enterprise Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Digital Transformation department, you will be responsible for prioritizing, overseeing, and managing a diverse set of customer data use cases set forth by the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and alignment with enterprise-wide objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource estimates, as well as track and mitigate roadblocks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply project management tools and techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental coordination and communication to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor and track project progress, addressing any issues or delays, and implementing project risk management strategies to mitigate potential obstacles.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in customer data platform technologies and review and improve project management methodologies and processes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in a data-driven environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly with customer data management.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools.
  • Experience in working in Digital, Ecommerce, Marketing, or Loyalty organizations.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP certification or similar credentials.
  • Prior experience with enterprise Project Management tools such as Adobe Workfront, JIRA, etc.
  • Prior experience with Adobe Experience Platform or equivalent platforms.
  • Experience in a large enterprise or Fortune 500 company.
