OverviewWe are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Master Instrument Craftsman. In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in guitar repair and maintenance while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide expert services for customer-owned instruments, including repairs, maintenance, and quality assurance. This role requires a strong understanding of guitar craftsmanship, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch repair and maintenance services for customer-owned instruments
- Maintain store inventory and ensure high-quality standards
- Develop and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs and expectations
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
- Skilled understanding of guitar repair and maintenance techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
Guitar Center offers a competitive salary range of $16.00/hr - $24.00/hr plus commission, depending on background and experience.
