Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team at Flowers Hospital. As a Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and developing individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
  • Associate's degree in Nursing or higher.
  • Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably in a post-operative care unit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
