As a Medication Administration Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents by coordinating their medication administration and assisting with activities of daily living.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer medications to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans.
- Assist residents with daily care activities, including personal care, grooming, hygiene, and social interactions.
- Monitor residents' physical and emotional comfort and respond to their needs in a timely manner.
- Document completed tasks, such as daily shift reports and resident records.
- Communicate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Manage assigned tasks within the scheduled shift and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
