Key Holder

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Club Monaco. As a Key Holder, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

• Provide a personalized shopping experience for customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Support the management team in achieving sales goals, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational integrity.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and store maintenance to maintain a visually appealing and organized store environment.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and management to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and operational expertise.

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays, and to lift up to 20 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
