Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Nurse to join our team at Pride Health. As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to laboring women and their newborns, including administering medications, performing fetal monitoring, and assisting with deliveries.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in labor and delivery care.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with at least 2 years of recent experience as a Labor and Delivery Nurse.
  • Current MA RN License and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification.
