About the Role:

This is a part-time position working nights, with a variable schedule that includes every other weekend. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of recent relevant experience in L&D or Mom/Baby nursing, with a strong focus on delivering holistic and individualized care to patients and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care for patients, including direct patient care, patient education, and transitions of care.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that incorporate psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
  • Foster collaborative relationships between patients, families, physicians, and healthcare providers through timely and effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Associate degree in nursing required; BSN preferred.
  • RN-Registered Nurse licensure for the state where care is provided.
  • BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider certification.
  • ACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life Support, NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation Provider, and PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support certifications required.
