We are on the lookout for dedicated Evening Care Providers to join our newly established Memory Care and Senior Living Facility. If you possess a CNA certification or have relevant caregiving experience, we encourage you to consider this opportunity. Our facility is designed to accommodate 32 residents in both Memory Care and Assisted Living.

POSITION SUMMARY

Suite Living Senior Memory Care & Assisted Living specializes in providing tailored Memory Care and Senior Services within a thoughtfully designed environment. Our caregiving team brings over two decades of expertise in Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Long-Term Care. Customized care plans are created to ensure that each resident's unique needs are addressed, allowing residents to pay solely for the services they require.

We are seeking compassionate and professional caregivers to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will exhibit patience and friendliness, possess excellent communication abilities, and be capable of following directives while performing a variety of tasks to assist clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administer prescribed medications to clients
  • Assist clients with mobility and movement throughout the facility
  • Support clients with personal hygiene and care
  • Facilitate physical therapy exercises for clients
  • Collaborate with the Dietary Manager to plan and prepare meals
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks that clients are unable to complete independently
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Document and report any unusual occurrences
  • Respond promptly and effectively in emergency situations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Willingness and ability to administer medications (Training will be provided)
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 6 months of experience in a caregiving role required (CNA/HHA/PCA/RA/NAR)
  • CNA Certification is preferred but not mandatory
  • Experience in Assisted Living or Memory Care settings is highly desirable
  • Experience with medication administration is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of emergency response protocols and first aid (CPR certification)
  • Must demonstrate respect, compassion, and possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Note: All shifts (Part-Time & Full-Time) require working every other weekend.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old to qualify for this direct care role.
