About the Role:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to their care. This includes direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care, in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of their respective discipline.
  • Ensure that care is provided in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
  • Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
