House Director Coordinator

Zeta Tau Alpha Fraternity seeks a highly skilled House Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential facility in Baldwin City, Kansas.

About the Role

This is a live-in position that requires the selected candidate to reside on-site at the Sigma Chapter Zeta Tau Alpha residential facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising repairs and maintenance, interacting with members, parents, alumnae, vendors, and campus representatives, while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure compliance with ZTA standards and guidelines for repairs and maintenance of the facility, its furnishings, equipment, and grounds.
• Collaborate with the Housing Advisor to manage contractors and third-party vendors working within the facility.
• Interact professionally and diplomatically with various stakeholders, including members, parents, alumnae, vendors, and campus representatives.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Goal-oriented team player with excellent written and oral communication skills, able to relate effectively to collegiate members.
• Ability to work closely with members, staff, and vendors while exhibiting a positive, professional attitude.
• Willingness to reside onsite at the Sigma Chapter Zeta Tau Alpha residential facility in Baldwin City, KS.

Compensation

The estimated salary range for this role is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Both full-time and part-time options are available, and a Zeta Tau Alpha staff member will be in touch with further details upon receiving your application.
