About the Role

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to employees across various locations, ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software platforms. This role serves as a critical link between end-users and our internal teams, requiring strong technical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, lab equipment, and other devices via phone, web, and in-person channels.
  • Configure and maintain laptops and desktops imaged with Windows 10, 11, and Mac OS, including advanced hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain effective documentation for users and technicians to enable recurring tasks to be completed quickly and consistently.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or higher with a minimum two years supporting end-users in person, via phone, and in an enterprise-level corporate IT environment.
  • Experience within Apple and Microsoft enterprise-level corporate environment a must: JAMF, Active Directory, Win10, MS Apps, etc.
  • Possess CompTIA A+ or comparable certification and experience supporting hardware beyond standard office equipment.

Travel Requirements

  • Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbs.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package, including an hourly range of $26.50 - $33.65 USD, as well as opportunities for bonus/incentive pay. Our comprehensive benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k) for eligible employees.
