Clinical Pharmacist

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in our multidisciplinary teams, working closely with oncologists, midlevel providers, and infusion center nurses to provide high-quality, evidence-based care.

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in the ambulatory infusion setting and inpatient units, including chemotherapy verification, medication dispensing, and drug information.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
• Perform pharmacokinetic services and manage disease states and chemotherapy toxicities.
• Staff the ambulatory infusion center, providing close collaboration with oncologists, midlevel providers, and infusion center nurses.

• Graduate of a college of pharmacy accredited by the American Council on Pharmaceutical Education.
• Current Illinois State Registered Pharmacist license required.
• Completion of pharmacy residency program or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Background in oncology pharmacy preferred.
