About the Role:

Gooch & Housego PLC is seeking a skilled Coatings Engineer Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will operate coating equipment, develop coatings processes, and ensure quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement coating processes.
  • Operate IBS coating machines.
  • Analyze coating results using spectrophotometer.
  • Maintain equipment and processing.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coatings or related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
