About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team at Premier Exteriors, LLC. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing reports, and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Your duties will include creating purchase orders, invoicing clients, setting up jobs in our accounting system, reviewing job costs, and establishing new vendor relationships. You will also be responsible for processing overhead bills and performing various other accounting tasks as needed.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent accounting skills, with experience in financial software such as Netsuite. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word. Additionally, you should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and organizational skills.
