About the Role

As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Administering medications as prescribed and providing education to residents on their medication regimens.
  • Monitoring resident health and responding promptly to any medical concerns or emergencies.
  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Providing emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, promoting a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

  • A current RN license in the State of Hawaii.
  • At least one year of experience in a behavioral health setting, although new graduates with a strong passion for mental health care are also encouraged to apply.
  • A strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
