Job Title

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor to join our team. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you'll be responsible for leading members through a variety of group exercise classes, including HIIT, Step 360, BOSU, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, Spin, and Pilates.

Responsibilities

The Group Fitness Instructor will be responsible for:

  • Designing and delivering engaging group exercise programs
  • Maintaining a safe and supportive class environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong teaching and communication skills
  • Experience in group exercise instruction and program development
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional results and exceeding member expectations
Estimated Salary

$52,000 - $62,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
