We are seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center in California.

Job Summary:

This is a travel contract opportunity for a Cath Lab Technologist with 2+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IR, cath lab, and neuro procedures, with experience in EP studies and diagnostics. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including L & R interventional and diagnostic, implants, pacers, and EP studies.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab and IR department
  • Work closely with the medical team to ensure accurate and efficient procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to hospital standards
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest procedures and technologies
Requirements:
  • Active BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and CA License
  • 2+ years of experience in cath lab and IR procedures
  • Experience with EP studies and diagnostics
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
Work Schedule:

Variable shifts, including 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts. Call is required every other weekend, with 14-15 days of weekday call per 4-week period. Holidays may require call, depending on the hospital's needs.

The cath lab and IR department at Northridge Hospital Medical Center is a busy and dynamic environment, with a focus on providing high-quality patient care. The department performs a wide range of procedures, including L & R interventional and diagnostic, implants, pacers, and EP studies.
