Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders.
  • Design and execute individualized treatment strategies based on each patient's unique requirements.
  • Facilitate personalized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies.
  • Track and assess patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed.
  • Provide education to patients, families, and caregivers on enhancing communication and swallowing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain meticulous and precise documentation of patient evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Must possess a valid SLP certification prior to the commencement of employment. Additional certifications such as CPR, TB skin test, auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license are required.

Educational Background:
Minimum Requirement: An associate degree and/or completion of a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
