Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative at Crunch Fitness - Blaine and Maple Grove. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting membership sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet all members and guests with a smile, check them in according to company procedures, and facilitate any messages on club software.
  • Membership Sales: Sell retail products, schedule member services, and facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures.
  • Club Operations: Maintain a clean and organized work area, assist in projects as delegated by club management, and follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
  • Communication: Communicate special events to members and guests, and maintain a professional disposition at all times.
Requirements
  • Fluent Communication Skills: Fluent in English, proficient reading and writing skills, and computer skills.
  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to stay until close and complete all closing tasks, and maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome.
